First you need to answer the question:

Is my memory normal?

Use ‘Memory Check’ to find out.

Remember: you can do this on-line, or print it off and complete it by hand.

How to use the Check-list:

  1. Place the number of your choice into the correct column (e.g. if you think 3 describes your memory performance, place a 3 in the third column across).
  2. On-line, your scores add downwards automatically. On paper you will have to add them up yourself.
  3. You then manually add the scores across the bottom of the page to get your grand total.
  4. To find out what your score means, go to: Memory Check Results
